Finding answers - making change possible
People and Work is an independent charity (established in 1984) working in Wales. P&W seeks to make a difference through its two core functions: to promote the value of education and learning as a tool for tackling inequalities and promoting employment, through a programme of community based action research projects; and to undertake commissioned research and evaluation work for the public and third sectors in Wales addressing inequalities in areas such as education, health and employment.
Our latest project is a new social enterprise which recycles sports kit in Rhondda. If you have any spare kit to donate or are looking for kit at less than a third of the shop price, contact Mark Hutton on 07929 504525.
